Terms

Your account

• You need an invite and must be 18 or older.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what your account makes.
• You can delete your account any time in Settings. That removes your creators and everything they made.

What you can't make

• Anyone under 18, or anything that sexualizes minors.
• Nudity or sexual content.
• Real, identifiable people, unless it's you or someone who agreed. That includes celebrities and public figures.
• Content meant to deceive, harass, threaten or impersonate.
• Anything illegal where you live or where it's posted.

The studio checks prompts before they run, and the image and video models have their own filters. Blocked requests aren't charged. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Uploads

Only upload photos, clips and audio you have the right to use. If a real person is in an upload, they must be an adult who agreed. Uploads are sent to the models to make what you asked for.

What you make

You own the creators, photos, videos and posts you make, as far as the law allows for AI-made work. You're responsible for where you post them and for following each platform's rules, including any AI-content labels they require. We don't use your creations to promote BuildACreator without asking you.

Credits

• Generating photos and videos uses credits. The price shows before you start.
• If a generation fails, its credits come back automatically.
• Beta credits are free, have no cash value, and may change or end with the beta.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account or a Telegram bot, the studio posts and replies only as you set it up: approved posts, at the times you approve. You can disconnect any time.

The beta

The studio is still being built. Features can change, break or go away, and we may reset or end the beta. It's provided as is, without guarantees, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for lost content, posts or income.
